If we look for most women lean, we find that they are active throughout the day, they were walking and ate healthy food. like some tips that you can follow throughout the day to lose weight:

1. get some exercise
After waking up, you can perform some exercise like exercise stress and exercise in crunching and exercise jump 20 times, and if you have some time, you can go out and run for 20 minutes. This morning routine is one of the best things you can do throughout the day to lose weight, it is a great way to start out your day.

2. eat fat-free proteins

3. use stairs instead of the elevator
