Minerals of great importance in the growth of types of cells of the human body, are in building bone, helps in muscle contraction, diastole, and organizing the alasmozi balance inside and outside the cells of the body, including salts of alsoiom and potassium and magnesium, iron, phosphorus, and the body needs large quantities, there are minerals the body needs in small quantities, including: copper, iodine, zinc, cobalt, manganese, fluorine, sulfur, and water and some types of Vegetables and fruit.

Functions of mineral salts.

Lead mineral salts important functions and vital to the body can be summarized as follows:

-Formation of bones and teeth, magnesium, phosphorus, calcium .

-Entering in the composition of the soft tissue, such as nerve tissue phosphorus and sulfur in muscle tissue

-Intervention in the formation of hormones and enzymes and vitamins: to activate, as zinc which enters into the formation of insulin and cobalt in vitamin B12, and iron in hemoglobin

-Organize the transmission of nerve impulses in the central nervous system as well as pacemaker: such as potassium, calcium , phosphorus

-Regulation of water balance inside and outside the cells of the body, preventing infection balgviv: sodium and potassium as

-Adjust the balance of acid and alkali (balance of acidity and alkalinity of the blood), the pH at the appropriate degree, no person in acidity or alkalinity.
